The NFL today is officially putting out notice that it is looking for proposals to find a partner city for International Series games in Germany. Big step, and there could be a game there in '22.

1:22 p.m.: The Raiders are one of several teams looking at CFL pass catcher Jevon Cottoy.
Canadian WR/TE Jevon Cottoy is scheduled to work out for the #49ers next week, per source. He previously worked out for the #Texans, #Raiders, #Patriots and #Saints -- significant interest in the 6-foot-5, 230-pound Cottoy, who had 38 catches for the CFL's BC Lions in 2019.

Clarification: Spots in the stadium’s footprint are $100, the spots offsite at the Frias parking lot on Valley View and Reno are $40. Both will allow tailgating. So there’s options, as far as distance and cost go. pic.twitter.com/P7BRxEveXn

4:23 p.m.: The Raiders are reportedly adding tight end Alex Ellis. He hasn’t played since 2019. He has three catches, all in 2016. He is 28. The Raiders will now have a full 90-man roster.

1:31 p.m.: Some good rules caused by COVID may stick in 2021.
Nothing official, but all signs point to the NFL and NFLPA keeping in place for 2021 several of last year’s COVID-related changes to roster rules, including unlimited/faster return from IR and 16-man practice squads, per sources. Those tweaks were popular with teams and players.
